aiorauthentic.com is an independent project by Baltes KI Solutions. We help people judge whether a photo or video is real or AI-generated - in a clear, transparent way and without promising false certainty.
Social networks are full of AI-generated images and videos, and many of them look deceptively real. At the same time, many tools claim an accuracy they cannot hold on compressed social-media content. We take the opposite route: we state clearly how confident a result is, and when the evidence is not enough we honestly return “inconclusive” instead of guessing. An honest maybe matters more to us than a false yes or no.
The operator is Baltes KI Solutions (Christian Baltes), based in Germany. We build practical AI and forensics tools. aiorauthentic.com grew out of the observation that ordinary users barely have an honest, easily accessible way to have a suspicious image or video checked. Legal details are in the legal notice, and how we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
We do not rely on a single model but combine several independent signals into a transparent result: our own trained model for videos, an ensemble of image forensic detectors, checks for provenance records (C2PA / Content Credentials) and watermarks (such as SynthID), and a calibrated fusion of this evidence. Verified provenance outweighs any pure model score. Importantly, even a technical check gives no final verdict with absolute certainty - it adds a layer to your own impression that the naked eye cannot reach. How this works in detail and where the limits are is explained in our guide.
We are transparent about our limits: where we are uncertain, we say so. Checked original files are deleted after analysis, not stored for later. We work without misleading patterns and without promises of false accuracy. Our methodology and its limits are laid out openly in our guide.
