How aiorauthentic.com handles your data.
Baltes KI Solutions, Christian Baltes, Grünwalder Str. 3, 82064 Straßlach-Dingharting, Germany. Email: info@baltes-ki-solutions.de. See also Legal notice.
The website is operated on a server in Germany (STRATO). When you access it, technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, time, page accessed) is processed briefly in order to provide the service securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest in stable, secure operation).
When you upload a file or provide a link, the media is processed solely for the authenticity analysis and deleted immediately after the analysis is complete. Only the result, a small preview image and - for link checks - the source URL are stored permanently, so that you can access your result again later. Legal basis: contract/use of the service (Art. 6(1)(b)) or your instruction.
For video analysis, the media is transmitted to a detection provider (currently Hive, thehive.ai) or an in-house model (Modal). Only the content required for the analysis is transferred.
To count returning browsers, we set - only AFTER your consent via the consent banner - a pseudonymous first-party cookie (kc_cid, random value, no cross-site tracking). We use it only to compile aggregated usage statistics. Without consent, no such cookie is set. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) for reach measurement. Google Analytics is loaded only after your consent (Google Consent Mode v2, default "denied"); without consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transferred to Google. IP anonymisation is applied. A transfer to the USA is possible (Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a), § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
When advertising is active, we integrate advertising/reach partners and obtain your consent beforehand via a consent banner (CMP). Possible partners: Google AdSense/Ad Manager (Google Ireland), The Moneytizer, and - if you take part - rewarded surveys/offers (CPX Research/Make Opinion GmbH, BitLabs) and affiliate partners (Awin). In this context, personal data (e.g. device/usage data) may be processed and transferred to third parties, possibly in third countries. Rewarded surveys/offers are voluntary and only for consenting users of legal age. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a), § 25(1) TDDDG). Details and withdrawal via the consent banner.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent you have given. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (competent authorities include the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, BayLDA).
